Through photography I try to awaken the animal part within man by the Means of photographic & sculptured images to depict the universe’s most destructful animal, (man). My obsession with that theme has led me to the Series called “Constructions”. Expressing my passion for the spiritual global awareness of the art of: (without destruction there is no Construction.); ( for a seed to exist, a flower must die ).

Like the late Francis Bacon, in my final treatment I cover my photographs with plexiglass to incorporate the spectator into the picture through the use of reflection. By living and working in Miami, I witnessed the demanding demographic, social and economic boom of “over construction” and seeing the affect at the global level.

In this series of calculated positions, I insist in the presence of what I call the anti-art man (which has been the model figure and icon for artists through the centuries). the man plays with elements depicting the absurdity of the art world.
